Cold wave expected to go on during next hours

SANAA, Nov. 16 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology is expected cold weather in various provinces during the next 24 hours.

The center indicated in its weather bulletin on Wednesday, that cold weather would hit the provinces of Bayda, Dhamar, Amran, Sanaa, Saada, Abyan, Lahj, Ibb and Dhalea.

It pointed out the strong winds, ranging in speed between 17-27 knots on the western coasts, the entrance to Bab al-Mandab, and the western Gulf of Aden.

The center warned the elderly, children, patients, and workers during the night and early morning to take the necessary precautions to prevent cold weather.
