SANAA, Nov. 13 (YPA) – The Acting Minister of Human Rights Ali Al-Dailami on Saturday condemned the crimes of the Saudi border guards against African migrants, calling for international action to stop these heinous crimes against humanity.
“The ministry informed the International Organization for Migration of what African migrants are exposed to at the Yemeni-Saudi borders, but unfortunately it did not find any international response to what these victims are exposed to,” Al-Dailami said in a statement to Al-Masirah.
The Acting Minister of Human Rights called on the Ethiopian government to act urgently to save the Ethiopian immigrants and condemn the Saudi crimes committed against them.
Al-Dailami affirmed the readiness of the Ministry of Human Rights to provide the Ethiopian side with the necessary documents confirming the Saudi authorities’ violation of the International Refugee Law and the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees.
