Meteorology expects cold wave targeting various provinces

SANAA, Nov. 09 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology is expected relatively cold conditions in most Yemeni provinces durig the coming 24 hours.

In its weather bulletin on Wednesday, the center warned the elderly, children, patients and workers during the night and early morning to take the necessary precautions to prevent cold weather.

The center also warned farmers to take the necessary precautions from the cold weather to protect their agricultural crops, as well as fishermen and sea-goers south of the Red Sea and the entrance to Bab al-Mandab from sea turbulence as a result of strong winds reaching a maximum speed of 30 knots.
