Speaker of Parliament condolences his Somali counterpart over victims of targeting Ministry of Education

SANAA, Oct. 30 (YPA) – Speaker of Parliament, Yahya Al-Rai sent on Sunday a cable of condolences to the speaker of the Somali parliament Sheikh Adam Mohammed Madobe, on the victims of the cowardly terrorist act targeting the Ministry of Education and higher Education in Mogadishu.

He expressed the condemnation of the Yemeni Parliament and Yemeni people for the terrorist act that targeted the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and claimed hundreds of dead and wounded civilians.

The speaker of Parliament pointed out that targeting civilians is a terrorist crime contrary to divine religions, international laws, human norms and values, stressing the solidarity of the Yemeni people with the brotherly Somali people in the face of terrorist acts.

He also stressed the importance of the solidarity of free people and peace-loving forces in the world and the unification of efforts to confront terrorism, fight it, uproot it from its roots and dry up its sources.
