Grain Corporation inaugurates wheat planting season in Jawf

JAWF, Oct. 23 (YPA) – The General Corporation for the Development and Production of Grains, under the supervision of the Higher Agricultural and Fisheries Committee, inaugurated on Saturday the wheat planting season in Jawf province.

 In the inauguration, which took place in Al-Matma district, Undersecretary of Jawf province, Abdulwahab Ashal, confirmed that the inauguration comes within the framework of implementing the directives of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council to exploit the lands of Jawf in the cultivation of grain crops, especially wheat.

 He pointed to the role of the Corporation in supporting and providing seeds to farmers, and the interaction of the large community to move towards expansion in agriculture.
