Sanaa announces increase in level of its military operations in Indian Ocean

SANAA, April 25 (YPA) – Leader of the Yemeni revolution, Abdul Malik al-Houthi, confirmed on Thursday the Yemeni military operations to continue in south of the Red Sea, as long as the siege and aggression against the Gaza Strip to go on.

This came during a televised speech that he made to talk about the latest developments for the Israeli occupation aggression on Gaza.

The leader al-Houthi said that military naval operations to expand their scope to include the Indian Ocean, adding that the Yemeni armed forces’ operations in support of the Palestinian people are effective, influential, important and useful.

He revealed that the targeted ships have amounted to 102 during the 202 days of the aggression against Gaza.

Al-Houthi affirmed that targeting 102 ships linked to the enemy is considered an important achievement and a large number and evidence of the extent of effectiveness.

Sayyed Abdul Malik stressed the futility of the American-British aggression against Yemen to support the Israeli enemy and the continuation of genocide crimes in Gaza.

In the context of the decline in military operations in the Red and Arabian Seas, the leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi revealed that Yemen’s operations did not decrease as America claims to present this as an achievement, but rather decreasing the movement of its naval ships.
He explained that the movement of US naval ships had decreased to 80%.

The revolutionary leader explained that the contraction of the American deployment at the Sea, its reliance on concealment, its entrenchment with the Europeans, and its influence on the British, has been a victory for Yemen’s military operations.

He pointed out that the United States has changed the navigation of its ships and ships linked to the Zionist enemy to distant routes such as the Indian Ocean, but it faces an increasing danger day after day.

“Britain, along with the United States, has proven a miserable failure in trying to stop or limit Yemeni attacks,” Sayyed al-Houthi explained. “Senior British naval officers admitted to their media the difficulty of confronting deadly and fast Yemeni weapons.”

He expressed his hope that the rest of the European naval vessels should withdraw from the Red Sea after some of them withdrew.

Regarding the economic losses of “Israel and its allies,”Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi explained that the port of Umm Al-Rashrash (known as Eilat) was completely disrupted, which led to a sharp decline in the movement of exports and imports to the enemy as a result of the march attacks carried out by forces.

He stressed that there was a noticeable decline in the number of American ships passing through the Red Sea, by up to 80%, which led to an increase in American insurance prices on ships passing in that region to approximately $50 million.

The leader explained that Britain’s economic losses has been mounted, with reports inside Britain revealing the level of escalating losses.

Sayyed al-Houthi pointed out that the British Chamber of Commerce revealed that the Yemeni operations had led to damage affecting 55% of exporters in Britain, considering this a major victory for Yemen.

“Yemen operations led to a 300% rise in container shipping costs in Britain and significant delays in the delivery of goods,” he added.

The leader al-Houthi stressed that insurance operations per ship for some companies in America amounted to 50 million dollars, and this is unprecedented and represents a real problem for them.

He noted that the effects of the Yemeni operations led to cash flow difficulties in Britain, according to the British Chamber of Commerce, explained that resorting to distant sea routes have affected the American economy through delays in goods, the cost of shipping, insurance of maritime transport, and high prices
