HADRAMOUT, Oct. 21 (YPA) – Unidentified explosions rocked on Friday the Dabba oil port in Hadramout province, eastern Yemen.
Local sources reported that the sudden explosions occurred near the port, located on the Arabian Sea, and the nature of the explosion has not known yet.
Some sources suggested that the explosion that targeted the port coincided with demands by the “UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militias and the sons of Hadramout to close the oil pipeline, without obtaining any privileges to develop the province.
Other sources accused the UAE of targeting the Dabba oil port through rallies that started from inside Balhaf gas facility in Shabwa, after one of its drones crashed last Wednesday near the same facility, in an attempt to mix political and military cards.
