Coalition seizes fuel ship off Hodeida coasts

HODEIDA, Sept. 27 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition seized on Tuesday a fuel ship off the coasts of Hodeida province.

Yemen’s oil company’s spokesman in Sanaa, Essam Al-Mutawakil, stated that the coalition continues to violate the temporary truce by seizing the gasoline ship “Seadoor”, despite being subject to inspection and obtaining entry permits from the United Nations.

He affirmed that this detention added to the list of arbitrary practices and violations committed by the coalition with the clear and explicit UN complicity.

Al-Mutawakel reiterated that the United Nations is a partner of the coalition in piracy on fuel ships by directing the ship’s crew to head to the detention area off the coast of Jizan.
