WORLD, Sept. 27 (YPA) – Ukrainian Armed Forces Command acknowledged that the US HIMARS missile systems are useless in their battles in the city of Artyomovsk, the New York Times reported.
The paper wrote: “The Ukrainian command in Bakhmut (Artyomovsk) recently announced that even supplying its forces with American missile systems “HIMARS” did not help significantly affect the supply lines of Russian forces.
It added that the Ukrainian army command had come to the conclusion that allied forces had successfully adapted to the advent of Western missile systems.
In particular, Russian forces were able to redistribute ammunition depots to make them less vulnerable to Ukrainian attacks.
The paper noted that the allied forces were gradually liberating the city of Artyomovsk and expelling Ukrainian forces by striking their equipment and manpower.
