Hundreds of Zionist settlers break into Al-Aqsa Mosque compound

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Sept. 25 (YPA) – Hundreds of Zionist settlers escorted by police broke into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied al-Quds ( Jerusalem)  on Sunday  morning and performed rituals in its courtyards.

According to Palestinian sources in Al-Quds, over 250 Israeli settlers entered the compound through the Moroccan Gate in groups and performed rituals and Talmudic prayers there under the protection of Israeli police officers.

Hundreds of settlers also performed rituals in the Al-Buraq Wall plaza, which overlooks the Mosque from the west.

The development comes amid calls by far-right settler organizations to hold mass break-ins into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem’s Old City, including Al-Aqsa Mosque, starting early this week.

According to the plans of the occupation, during September 26 and 27, the so-called “Hebrew New Year”, the Temple groups seek to blow the trumpet several times in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

On Wednesday, October 5, 2022, it will coincide with the Hebrew so-called “Feast of Atonement”, which includes the simulation of the “Eucharist of Forgiveness” rituals at Al-Aqsa, which has already been done without tools in the past year.
