President Al-Mashat witnesses majestic military parade in Sanaa

SANAA, Sept. 21 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, witnessed on Wednesday the majestic military and security parade, which was organized in al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sanaa, to celebrate the eighth anniversary of the September 21 revolution.

Al-Mashat, accompanied by the Minister of Defense, Major General Mohammed al-Atefi, and the Chief of the General Staff, Major General Mohammed al-Ghomari, saluted all the combat formations before the start of the parade.

Mr.President went to lay a wreath at the tomb of the martyr President Saleh Al-Sammad and his companions, after the national music played the national anthem.

The military parade, which President Al-Mashat attended on the occasion of the eighth anniversary of the September 21 revolution, is the largest of the armed forces in Yemen.
