UAE gives ‘First Military Region’ 48 hours to withdraw from Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Sept. 03 (YPA) – The UAE forces gave the Islah militants 48 hours to leave the districts of Hadramout in eastern Yemen.
The UAE forces had indirectly informed the command of the First Military Region that they had 48 hours to start withdrawing their forces from Seiyun and other districts, unless they would be a target for their warplanes, Southern media reported on Saturday, citing sources.
According to the sources, the First Military Command informed the Minister of Defense in the Saudi-led coalition-backed government, Mohsen al-Dairi, of the content of the warning message, but his response was shocking by directing the region to start transferring its heavy equipment and weapons to Marib governorate.
