OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Aug. 29 (YPA) – At least seven Palestinian citizens were injured by Israeli occupation forces (IOF)’s gunfire, during a raid on the town of Qabatiya, north of the West Bank.”
The Palestine Today news agency, citing medical sources reporting that the wounded people were taken at Ibn Sina Hospital.
The town of Qabatiya in Jenin governorate lived in a noisy and burning dawn after large forces of the occupation army stormed the town and besieged one of the town’s houses.
Local sources said that violent armed clashes broke out in the town, after the resistance fighters repelled the incursion of the occupation forces into the town.
Alaa Zakarna, a Palestinian Islamic Jihad official wanted by Israeli occupation forces, was just wounded and arrested by IOF after a two-hour siege of his home in Qabatiya, north of the West Bank, according to the sources.
