Political activist reveals his receiving threat to target his family

ADEN, Aug. 23 (YPA) – A southern political activist held the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) and its militias fully responsible for his safety and the safety of his family located in the southern provinces.

The anti-STC activist, Saeed Al-Maisari, published a statement to the public, in a tweet on Twitter, in which he said: “I am currently being bargained by targeting my family or silence.”

Al-Maisari indicated that he had received a threat not to talk about the STC even with himself.

He held President of the STC Aidarous Al-Zubaidi and his militia fully responsible for any harm that his family might be exposed to, without mentioning their place of residence, or the person who issued the threats.
