Meteorology warns against dangers of rockslides

SANAA, Aug. 22 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology renewed on Monday its warning to citizens of heavy rains, accompanied by severe thunderstorms in most Yemen provinces.

In its warning bulletin, the center also warned against the collapse of mud buildings, rock and mud slips, and low horizontal visibility in mountainous roads due to rain and low thick clouds.

It called on the relevant authorities, each according to its location and specialization, to take the necessary measures to preserve lives and property.
