Yemen army wages military attacks on militiamen in Asir, Jizan, Najran
ASIR, June 24 (YPA) – The Yemen army waged on Sunday military attacks which targeted Saudi-backed militiamen in Asir, Jizan and Najran border Saudi province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.
In Asir, the army targeted gatherings of militiamen in front of Alb border crossing and west of Majaza by artillery and missile shells.
In Jizan, artillery force of the army shelled gatherings of Saudi soldiers in Khafaqa and Abadia sites, causing direct casualties.
In Najran, dozens of Saudi-backed militiamen were killed and injured by an explosive device in Ajasher desert.
