Meteorology warns citizens against heavy rainfall all over Yemen

SANAA, Aug. 10 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology issued on Wednesday a warning to citizens in the Yemeni provinces where heavy rainfall expected.

The center, in its weather bulletin, called on citizens not to be presence in the water ways, corridors, and the need to be vigilant against the collapse of mud buildings as a result of rains, warning drivers of the dangers of mud and rock slides and low horizontal visibility in mountainous roads.

It also warned sea-goers and ship captains in the Socotra Archipelago, the Gulf of Aden, and the eastern and southern coasts of high waves of the Sea.
