ADEN, July. 08 (YPA) – Citizens in the occupied city of Aden, southern Yemen, have complained from a record rise in food prices, one day before the blessed Eid al-Adha.
The residents said that the city of Aden witnessed a rise in food prices by 100%, in Aden, amid the silence of the competent authorities.
“We do not have to buy the simplest requirements of life due to cutting off salaries and the continuous rise,” the residents added.
Aden government backed by the Saudi-led coalition did not implement any economic reforms, despite controlling ports and airports, seizing oil and gas revenues by the coalition in the occupied province, which led to depriving citizens of the most basic services.
