Supreme Political Council announces good news to people of Taiz

SANAA, Jul. 07 (YPA) – The Supreme Political Council announced on Wednesday a unilateral initiative to open the fifty-sixty road in Taiz province, on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha in order to alleviate the suffering of citizens in Taiz.

This comes in light of the intransigence of the Saudi-led coalition and its mercenaries and their refusal to accept the initiatives put forward by Sanaa’s Military Committee during the last period.

The Supreme Political Council indicated that “this step came after consulting with the National Military Committee, which is making great efforts to open roads in Taiz and a number of provinces that the aggression coalition and its mercenaries continue to repudiate.”

The Council held the pro-coalition militias in Taiz responsible for obstructing the opening of the road, and any attack on the travelers there, and the consequences thereof, calling on the people of Taiz to defend their road and reveal those who obstruct its opening.
