Al-Houthi calls on government to exempt electric cars from customs

SANAA, Jun. 13 (YPA) – Member of the Supreme Political Council in Sanaa, Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, on Monday called on the National Salvation Government in Sanaa to issue a general exemption from customs for electric cars.

Al-Houthi indicated in a tweet on “Twitter” platform that electric cars have an impact and return in the service of the economy and the environment.

He also called on the government to encourage the import of these cars, as they are the cars of the future.
