Sanaa governor discusses security situation in province

SANAA, June.08 (YPA) – Sanaa governor, Abdul Basit Al-Hadi held on Wednesday a meeting to discuss the level of performance in completing security issues and efforts to combat crime and strengthen security and stability in the province.

In the meeting, the governor noted the level of vigilance and keenness to consolidate the pillars of security and stability, and the efforts made by the security services in the governorate to support the efforts of the state in providing tranquility to society.

They reviewed a plan to build and strengthen the capacities of the police departments in the districts, and conducted a study of the needs and requirements after discussing the central plan with the governor.

The meeting, which included the directors of the governorate’s security, Brigadier General Yahya Al-Mu’aydi, the Security and Intelligence Service, Brigadier Muntazer Al-Rashidi, and the Military Intelligence Division, Brigadier General Sadiq Abu Halika, reviewed also the comprehensive security report of the completed cases that were resolved during the last period.
