Coalition troops carry out 103 violations of UN-declared truce

SANAA, Jun. 08 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 103 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Tuesday, citing a military source.

According to the military source, the violations included four raids of reconnaissance aircrafts at Murais district of Dhalea, 57 armed apaches flew over Najran area and 40 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Bayda and Dhalea provinces.

He also said that 17 violations by an artillery and missile shelling were recorded and two Katyusha rockets hit the army’s sites in Malaa area of Marib.

The source mentioned that an artillery bombing attacked the army’s sites in Malaa, Al-Balq Al-Sharqi areas of Marib, Haradh and Bani Hassan areas of Hajjah, Al-Madafin, Al-Malaheedh, Munabeh and Razih areas of Saada.

The source pointed out that an artillery shelling targeted sites of the Yemeni army in Al-Assra of Asir region, Jabal Twailq and Al-Amood areas of Wadi Jara in Jizan.

In addition, the source declared that 44 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Hajjah, Taiz, Saada, Dhalea and border fronts.
