Army launches attacks on coalition forces over past 24 hours: Report

SANAA, June 19 (YPA) – The air force of the Yemen army and popular committees carried out several raids on Saudi-led coalition forces in Yemen’s western coast and other fronts over the past 24 hours, according to a daily report released Tuesday by the military media.

  • In Yemen’s Western coast:

The Air Force of the army launched drone’s airstrikes on Saudi-backed militias’ and military vehicles, killing, wounding dozens and destroying dozens of vehicles.

  • In border province of Jizan:

A militiamen’s infiltration was repelled toward hills in front of Dukhan mount.

A minefield was bombed, killing and wounding dozens of the militiamen, including leaders.

  • In Najran border province:

Artillery shells targeted militiamen’s gatherings in Jamarik and Boqea desert, causing direct casualties.

  • In Jawf province:

An unique offensive operation was carried out on militiamen’s sites in Sabrain front, killing and wounding dozens.

  • In Lahj province:

Dozens of militiamen were killed and wounded in an offensive operation hit their sites in Karsh site.

  • In Dhalea province:

The army waged an offensive on militiamen’s sites in Jamash and Jahlan areas of Murais district.

  • In Taiz province:

Four Saudi-backed militiamen were sniped in several fronts.
