Dozens of sheep, camels killed in Marib landmines blasts

MARIB, April 25 (YPA) – About 20 sheep and camels have been killed when two land mines were blasted in Marib province for the past week, local sources said.

The sources affirmed on Monday that 2 landmines, which were planted by the Saudi-led coalition forces earlier, exploded in Karaidh area of Jabal Murad district.

The source explained the land mines repeated caused the suffering of the citizens and led to the death of dozens of livestock.

The district’s sons appealed to the executive center for dealing with mines and the concerned authorities to move urgently to survey and clean areas of mines planted by coalition’s tools, as well as the remnants of the unexploded bombs.
