Yemen Army repels Saudi-backed militias’ infiltration in Najran

NAJRAN, June 19 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Tuesday foiled an infiltration attempt of Saudi-backed militias in NaJran province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official confirmed that dozens of militias were killed and others injured during their attempt to advance towards Dukhan Mountain.

He added that a minefield explosion killed and wounded dozens of the militias in the same area.

In the same context, several Saudi-backed militias were killed and wounded in Yemeni army assault targeted their positions off Khadra border crossing.

Meanwhile, the artillery forces of the army bombed gatherings of militias at off Khadra border crossing and Boqa desert, causing direct casualties in their ranks.
