SANAA, March 27 (YPA) -The second black box has been found from the ill-fated China Eastern Airlines plane that crashed with 132 passengers on board, the New China News Agency announced on Sunday.
The agency quoted the Relief Operations Command Center as saying that on March 27, the second black box from flight MU5735 of the “East China Company” was found. This logger contains flight data such as speed and altitude.
It was confirmed that all 132 people on board the “East China” plane that crashed Monday on a mountainous plateau in southern China’s Wazhou, were confirmed dead, the Chinese Civil Aviation Authority said Saturday.
The causes of the disaster are not yet known. All of the people on board were Chinese.
After finding the plane’s two black boxes, investigators must obtain within a few days or weeks the first items that will help uncover the causes of the accident.
Hundreds of firefighters, rescuers, doctors, investigators, volunteers and political officials are still flocking to the site of the tragedy to continue the investigation.
