Series of coalition airstrikes on Hodeida cause civilian casualties

HODEIDA, March 26 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched on Saturday series of airstrikes on a health center in Makaram village on Kamaran Island of Hodeida province, causing civilian casualties, a security source reported.

The source indicated that the coalition warplanes also targeted a drug warehouse belonging to Al-Aqsa Hospital in the July 7th residential neighborhood in Hodeida city, and a gas station in Al-Qanaws district.

This comes hours after a similar crime by the coalition warplanes in the capital, Sanaa, which led to the killing and wounding of 12 civilians, as a result of two raids that targeted two houses belonging to the General Authority for Insurance and Pensions in Haddah area of Al-Sabeen District.

Earlier in the day, the coalition aircraft targeted the Electricity Corporation in Hodeida with three raids, in addition to three raids on the oil facilities in the province and a raid on Al-Salif port.
