Sayyed Abdul-Malik exposes large-scale looting of Yemeni wealth by Saudi-led coalition

SANAA, March 25 (YPA) – The Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi has confirmed that has incurred 27 trillion Yemeni riyals worth of losses due to the economic war launched by Saudi-led aggression forces.

” The economic war was so very fierce and its top headlines was the plundering of national wealth,” Said Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi during his speech on Friday evening on occasion of National Day of Steadfastness.

“Saudi-led aggression forces since the first day of the aggression had sought to control the oil installations and ports, and deprived the Yemeni people of them, revealing that the aggression had stolen $7 billion worth of oil, he added.

According to Sayyed Abdul-Malik, the value of the gas stolen by the traitors exceed  351 billion riyals.

Sayyed Abdul-Malik explained that the amounts looted by the coalition of aggression from national wealth exceeded 27 trillion and 850 billion riyals, pointing out that the coalition deliberately deprives all the Yemeni people even in the occupied provinces from revenues of their wealth.

He noted that the aim of imposing the fierce economic blockade by the aggression countries is to further the suffering of the Yemeni people and bring them to a state of surrender and deficit, stressing that transferring the central bank from Sana’a to Aden was aimed to cut the disbursement of salaries, raising prices and damaging the national currency.
