President sends condolences on death of Sheikh Al-Sammad

SANAA, June 17 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat,  sent a cable of condolences on the death of Sheikh Ali al-Sammad, the father of slain president Saleh al-Sammad, who died this morning after a heart attack.

Mr.President  expressed his deepest sympathies to al-sammad family.

The homeland was lost by the death of al-sammad a personal figure characterized by patience, which had an influential presence in the struggle scene during the last period, Mr.President said.
