Ministry of Technical Education denounces coalition airstrikes on Industrial Institute in Bayda

SANAA, Jan. 16 (YPA) – Ministry of Technical Education and Vocational Training strongly condemned on Sunday the Saudi-led coalition’s airstrikes on the Industrial Institute building and its facilities in al-Sawma’a area of Bayda province.

The ministry considered, in a statement, the destruction the building of the institutes by the coalition warplanes as part of the systematic targeting of infrastructure and technical education and vocational training institutions.

The statement called on the United Nations and the international organizations to play their role in protecting and neutralizing Yemen’s civilian facilities, noting that the UN had previously been informed of the locations of educational facilities.
