Coalition warplanes bomb 1st Military Region’s brigades in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, Jan. 06 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition fighter jets on Wednesday evening launched several raids on camps and brigades of the so-called “1st Military Brigade” in Hadramout province, eastern Yemen.

Military sources reported that the coalition launched eight air raids on the military region camps, loyal to the Islah Party military leader “Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar”.

This came after the first military region brigades refused the coalition leadership’s directives to head to the province of Marib and Shabwa, the sources explained.

The sources did not reveal the toll of the dead or wounded members of the brigades as a result of the raids.
