99 kg of narcotic hashish seized in Jawf

JAWF, Dec. 28 (YPA) – Police of Humaydat district in Jawf province seized on Tuesday 99 kilograms of narcotic hashish on board a car.

The police of the district stated that the seized quantity was hidden carefully, and during the process of searching the car driver of shot at the members of the security point and fled, leaving the car and the quantity of hashish behind him.

The seized hashish has been referred to the competent authorities, while the search and follow-up procedures for the accused are still ongoing.
