Public Prosecutor directs to refer coalition bombing cases on Sanaa to Criminal Court

SANAA, Dec. 25 (YPA) – Public Prosecutor, Judge Mohammed al-Dailami, directed on Saturday to refer the Saudi-led coalition bombing cases on the capital Sanaa to Criminal Court.

Al-Dailami urged the investigation and criminal evidence’s teams to quickly complete the procedures for files of the coalition bombing crimes on the residential areas in Al-Sabeen Square, Baghdad neighborhood, Al-Zubayri Street in the capital.

He called on those affected in government and private institutions as a result of coalition airstrikes to provide statements and prove their claims to the judiciary.

This came during the field visit to see the damage caused by the coalition airstrikes on civilian objects from educational, health and commercial facilities and the homes of citizens.
