Hadramout tribes stop trucks of smuggling minerals extracted from mines

HADRAMOUT, Dec. 12 (YPA) – Local sources revealed on Sunday a big smuggling operation for minerals extracted from mines in Hadramout province.

The sources indicated that the tribal checkpoints found trucks of smuggling minerals, pointing out that a driver of one of the trucks paid bribery for tribal points in exchange for letting him pass.

The points checked the trucks and found plastic containers containing quantities of materials believed to be extracted from gold mines, the sources added.
