Meteorology Center warns of very cold weather in several provinces

SANAA, Dec. 05 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology on Sunday renewed a warning to citizens of the continuation of very cold weather during the next 24 hours.

In its bulletin on Sunday, the Center called on elderly, children, patients, and workers during night and early morning to take necessary precautions to protect themselves from the cold affects.

The Center expected cold to very cold weather over the mountainous provinces, especially Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda and the northern parts of the provinces of Dhalea and Ibb.

It also predicted cold to relatively cold weather over the highlands of the provinces of Marib, Jawf, Dhalea, Ibb, Taiz, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwah and Hadramout, and over the desert areas.
