19 people killed in traffic accident in Egypt

EGYPT, Oct. 20 (YPA) – At least 19 people were killed on Wednesday when a truck collided with a passenger bus on the highway linking between the October 6th City and Fayoum province in Egypt, medical and security sources reported.

The collision resulted in the death of the truck and bus drivers and all passengers, according to the same sources.

Many traffic accidents occur in Egypt due to lack of road maintenance or drivers’ failure to comply with traffic instructions.
