SANAA, Oct. 05 (YPA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs in Sanaa, Hisham Sharaf, said that there would be a great change in diplomatic aspect towards Sanaa.
Regarding the statements made by US State Department regarding Yemen, Sharaf said: The US interests are the ones that govern the decision of the Saudi-led coalition to stop the aggression on Yemen, adding that the continuation of the warplanes bombing Yemeni lands does not reflect the sincerity of intentions towards peace.
Sharaf also affirmed that Sanaa’s position is firm, and the international bodies and the United Nations have been informed rejecting link the humanitarian file to political and military files if there is seriousness to establish peace.
“The attempts by Antony John Blinken, the UN States Secretary of State, and its special envoy for Yemen, Timothy Lenderking, to delude the world that Sanaa is trying to complicate the path to peace are miserable, noting that the aggression against Yemen announced by Saudi Arabia from the White House in American participation,” the minister said.
Sharaf pointed out that the support provided by the coalition warplanes to al-Qaeda members in Bayda is an evidence of the grayness of the American standards in dealing with so-called terrorism and its support to a coalition, which the US is participating.
