Sanaa forces reveal scenes of wreckage of coalition drone in Marib

SANAA, Sept. 29 (YPA) – Sanaa forces’ military media revealed on Wednesday afternoon scenes of the wreckage of the Saudi-led coalition’s US-made drone that was shot down by the Yemeni air defenses in Marib province.

The Armed Forces’ spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sarie announced last Monday that the air defenses managed to shoot down an American spy plane (of Scan Eagle type) with a suitable weapon, while it was carrying out hostile acts in the airspace of Madghal district of Marib province.

This is the fourth plane of its kind to be shot down during the war on Yemen, as three planes of the same type were shot down in Madghal, Serwah districts, and Asir axis.
