Yemenis prepare to mark 7th anniversary of September 21 Revolution in capital Sanaa, other provinces

SANAA, Sept. 21 (YPA) – Yemeni people in the capital Sanaa and others provinces  are preparing to take part in the mass rally, which will be held on Tuesday afternoon to mark the seventh anniversary of the September 21st revolution.

The Yemeni Organizing Committee of Events has called on the Yemeni people to participate in the mass rallies to be held Today’s  afternoon in Sanaa and other provinces to mark the seventh anniversary of the September 21 Revolution of 2014.

The organizing committee had identified the gathering areas in Sana’a, Hodeidah, Amran, Dhamar, Ibb, Hawf, Bayda, Marib, Raymah and Taiz to hold the event, calling for wide participation in the seventh anniversary of the September 21 Revolution.

The committee stressed the importance of broad participation in this rally in order to confirm that the Yemeni people are moving forward in the battle for freedom and independence, noting that the rally will be held on Saturday afternoon in airport Street  to mark the seventh  anniversary of the revolution.

During a live televised speech from the Yemeni capital city of Sanaa on Monday afternoon, the Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdul-Malik called for honorable rallies, expressing Yemenis’ firmness in their position, trust in God and his victory.

“We hope from our people to make massive rallies,” Sayyed Abdulmalik said. “Our dear people, this is your revolution, this is your achievement, this is your position in which you expressed your effectiveness, your values, and your faith.”

The seventh anniversary of the September 21st revolution comes as our Yemeni people are fighting the battle for freedom and independence against the US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition, which began its aggression six months after the revolution on March 26, 2015 with the aim of breaking up Yemen and keeping it under its control, and turning it into entities under its sovereignty.
