Yemeni army foils infiltration attempt by coalition forces in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, Sept. 08 (YPA) – The Yemeni army backed by the popular committees on Wednesday managed to foil an infiltration attempt carried out by Saudi-led coalition’s mercenaries towards army’s locations in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, a military official said.

According to the official, the mercenaries tried to advance towards the village of Al-Hayma and the nearby farms south of Al-Jabaliya area in al-Tuhita directorate in clear violation of the Swedish agreement,  but were foiled by the army forces.

On Tuesday, The Saudi-led coalition forces committed 232 violations of the Sweden ceasefire agreement in the province, the operations room to monitor the violations said.
