NCM expects light rainfall to medium during the coming hours

SANAA, Aug. 29 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorological (NCM) expected the light of rain light to medium on mountain provinces, internal planting and coastal areas during the next 24 hours.

TheThe Center reported that light rainfall is expected to be more heavily on a major vocational areas of mountain provinces, especially on parts of the governorates of Lahj, Dhalea, Taiz, Ibb, Dhamar, Rima and Hajjah.

The rainfall has extended to parts of the internal planting of Abyan Shabwa, Hadramout and Western to the west coast and the internal areas entrusted to it.

The center indicated the possibility of light to medium rain in parts of the southern and eastern coasts.
According to the center, the strong southwest monsoon winds will continue to blow over the Socotra archipelago. 

The center urged citizens in areas where it is expected to rain not to be in the valleys and flood corridors during and after the rain in order to preserve their safety and the safety of their property.

The center warned motorists at bends and mountain slopes of reduced visibility as a result of rain, formation of water mist or fog, and captains of ships, fishermen and sea-goers in the Socotra archipelago from strong winds and sea turbulence.
