7 US logistics convoys targeted in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Aug. 25 (YPA) – In the past few hours, Iraq has witnessed seven explosions targeted US logistics convoys in several areas in more than one province.

According to media sources, the first convoy was attacked in Al-Nasiriyah and the second in Al-Samawa.

The Saberin News reported  that two other US convoys had been targeted in Al-Diwaniyah province.

Moreover, media sources reported that two US logistics convoys had been targeted in Babil province.

Furthermore, another convoy was also targeted in Baghdad’s Yusufiyah district.

All the attacks were carried out with improvised explosive devices (IED).
