SANAA, Aug. 18 (YPA) – South Korea plans to invest 1.6 trillion won (1.37 billion US dollars) in the next 10 years to secure key technologies for developing satellites in the defense sector.
The plan is part of a series of measures aimed at raising the level of the country’s defense capabilities in the space sector, Yonhap News Agency said on Thursday, citing the Defense Acquisition Program Department.
