North Korea threatens its “South Neighbor and America” with serious security crisis every minute

SEOU, Aug. 11 (YPA) – For the second time in just 24 hours, North Korea has strongly slammed its southern neighbor in protest against the start of preliminary exercises ahead of major summer joint military exercises between Seoul and Washington.

South Korea has rejected the opportunity to change the situation and has begun war exercises from January 10, The Yonhap News Agency reported on Wednesday, citing  Kim Yong-chol, head of the North’s United Front Department handling inter-Korean affairs

Chol stressed that Pyongyang will make the allies feel a serious security crisis every minute, as a result of making the wrong decision.

Chul said the South missed the opportunity to improve inter-Korean relations and responded in a good faith to the North with hostile acts.

Seoul had shown peace and trust, he said, merely manipulating words.

“As long as South Korea and the United States have chosen to confront our country, it is clear that we have no other choice,” he said.
