PM condemns coalition’s decision to raise customs dollar price 100%

SANAA, Aug. 02 (YPA) – Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor condemned on Monday the Saudi-led coalition’s measures to raise the customs dollar price by 100%, which will cause disastrous repercussions on the prices of basic commodities in the southern provinces.

During his meeting with the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the capital Sanaa Hassan al-Kbous and members of the Chamber, Dr. bin Habtoor considered this procedure part of the coalition and its agents’ continuous steps within the economic war on Yemen.

He confirmed the Salvation Government’s commitment to work with the constitution and all laws, including those governing the relationship between the official state institutions and the private sector.
