Zionist settlers destroy 140 olive seedlings south of Bethlehem

SANAA, Jul. 31 (YPA) – Settlers destroyed on Saturday 140 olive seedlings in the lands of the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem. 

The Palestinian news agency “Wafa” reported, quoting a youth activist in the town, as saying that the settlers destroyed olive seedlings and sprayed them with pesticides, in the area of ​​Wadi Abu Bakir, on which the settlements of “Daniel” and “Eleazar” are located, adding that its ownership belongs to a citizen.

The activist confirmed that the settlers planted 14 dunums of olive, peach and almond seedlings on lands belonging to citizens, and built a settlement road with a length of 100 meters and a width of two meters.

In addition, the Zionist enemy forces arrested, last night, a Palestinian youth at a military checkpoint south of Jenin.

Local Palestinian sources said that the enemy forces arrested the young man, from the town of Qabatiya, while he was passing a military checkpoint near the village of Masliya, south of Jenin.
