US officers meet generals from Saudi, UAE occupation forces in Aden

ADEN, June 5 (YPA) – High-ranking  US military officers on Monday arrived in Aden and held a meeting with officers from the Saudi and Emirati occupation forces, sources said.

The meeting  discussed  the battle of the western coast, the sources said.

Earlier on the day, a Pentagon official told US-based al-Hurra TV that there are US troops in Yemen but refused to specify their location  for security reasons.

The arrival of the US officers to Aden came in response to an invitation by the UAE , which demanded the United States to intervene urgently in the battle of the western coast.

Meanwhile, Wall Street Journal reported on Monday that the United States is considering the demand.
