President Mashat directs to provide financial resources for maintenance of Sanaa – Taiz road

SANAA, Jul. 12 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Monday directed the Ministry of Finance to provide financial resources for the maintenance of Sanaa-Taiz road, as it is vital and strategic line serving several provinces.

This came during his meeting with Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs and Minister of Finance, Dr. Rashid Abu Lahoum, who briefed him on the general situation of the state’s public finances, despite the difficult conditions the country is going through as a result of the US-Saudi aggression and unjust siege.

President Al-Mashat reviewed with Dr. Abu Lahoum the progress of the half-salary payment procedures before Eid Al-Adha to alleviate the suffering of the employees.
