Sanaa reveals al-Qaeda’s relationship with Saudi Arabia

SANAA, Jul. 12 (YPA) – Deputy Foreign Minister in Sanaa, Hussein Al-Ezzi, affirmed that Al-Qaeda leader in Bayda province, Abdul Wahab Al-Humayqani, has a close relationship with the “Hadi government” sponsored by Saudi Arabia.

Al-Ezzi republished on Twitter a 2017 news story was published by the Saudi “Al-Ekhbariya” channel talking about Al-Humayqani’s relationship with the Saudi-backed government of Hadi.

He commented on the photographed news, saying: “According to the testimony of the Saudi Al-Akhbariya channel in 2017, Al-Humayqani, is considered a terrorist and listed in more than one international list as one of al-Qaeda affiliates and financiers.”
