Dhamar governor inaugurates direct sale of agricultural products by weight

DHAMAR, Jul. 01 (YPA) – Dhamar governor, Mohammed Al-Bakhaiti, inaugurated on Thursday the direct sale of agricultural products by weight in the wholesale and retail markets.

During the inauguration in the central market, which is implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation in the city, Al-Bakhaiti affirmed the importance of this the step for reducing the spoilage of vegetables and fruits and the loss of farmers and consumers.

The governor pointed out that selling by weight will achieves justice for the farmer, the merchant and the consumer, and facilitates setting the prices of agricultural products.
